Refund policy

Key Aspects of Fynert Refund and Return Policy:
  • Defective/Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, broken, or is incorrect, you must contact or mailto:contact@fynert.com with photographic or video evidence within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
  • Lost in Transit: Fynert will address lost packages individually based on tracking information.

  • Final Sale & Exceptions: Generally, products are final sales. Returns are not accepted for "change of mind" unless specifically allowed.

  • Refund/Replacement Decision: The decision to offer a refund or a replacement is made at the sole discretion of Fynert on a case-by-case basis.

Procedure:
  1. Inspect: Inspect orders immediately upon arrival.
  2. Document: Take photos/videos of damage or incorrect items.
  3. Submit: Send evidence mail to: contact@fynert.com within 7 days.
  4. Review: Fynert will review the case to determine if a refund or replacement is applicable.
