Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 6-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates

Fynert is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Fynert is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
